I have used liquid fence for years …it was the only stuff that kept the deer from eating the perenial and annuals…I sprayed ever week…but last week they came and ate 5days after I sprayed….is it possible a couple of deer have learned to like it?…It’s hard to believe…but what do i do now…?…the gardens are destroyed and I can’t replant this late in the season…does anyone have any ideas why the deer decided to eat the liquid fence now?

James, we suggest spraying at night or early in the morning to avoid flies. It is also better to spray at those times, because the product will quickly evaporate in the heat of the day. I’m amazed!!! I’ve always had at least two dozen deer everyday in my landscape. This morning after I watered I spread 5 lbs of the granular. This afternoon and evening ALL the deer are in my neighbor’s yard. None in mine! I’m holding my breath and buying more tomorrow! I hope the results will be lasting. Thanks so much!!!

after i spayed liquid fence on my veg garden, 5 minutes later all my veg plants were literally swarmed with flys

I am so sorry for taking so long to respond to this comment. There is a possibility that our product will attract foxes and coyotes. We have no heard anything from customers mentioning this, but because of their scavenging tendencies coyotes or foxes may wander towards the smell out of curiosity. If you do try our product, please be sure to be in contact with us to let us know if the coyotes and foxes were at all attracted. Thank you so much!

We are adjacent to protected, open space. Does Liquid Fence attract fox and coyotes because of the scent?
