After over $150,000 in Contributions, Liquid Fence Recommits to the City of Hope Cancer Research
Leader in animal repellent renews its percentage-per-sale drive for cancer care
BLAKESLEE, PA – After a very successful year and over $150,000 in donations, The Liquid Fence Company has recommitted to its battle against cancer through the City of Hope.
Liquid Fence has been donating a percentage of sales on its product primarily due to the organization’s fight against breast cancer. “This battle is particularly personal to us,” said company President and CEO Eddie Abraham, noting: “It seems everyone knows someone who has experienced this disease, and it needs to be eradicated. We wanted to help an organization taking a pro-active approach in not only combating cancer, but also overall quality-of-life treatment.”
Abraham’s company selected the City of Hope because of its extensive history of helping dealing with serious illness. Founded over 100 years ago, the City of Hope is a pre-eminent facility in southern California with a history of research in many various life-threatening diseases, from diabetes to cancer.
Liquid Fence Deer & Rabbit Repellent prominently identifies its City of Hope commitment on its bottles and on displays. “We plan to keep this relationship going; we want to continue funding such a positive place. We are using this opportunity to spread the word of a great organization while also donating to the cause ourselves,” said Abraham.
A portion of Liquid Fence Deer & Rabbit Repellent sales is contributed to City of Hope. The program will continue at least through 2013. Abraham feels strongly about this cause. “We retain our commitment to our community and our customers. When you call here, you speak to a person and not an automated system. People – that’s what this is all about, and if we can help even one person—one family—everything we do is worth it.”
The Liquid Fence Company offers an eco-conscious line of insect and animal repellents, including its flagship product, Liquid Fence Deer & Rabbit Repellent, which is the number one product of its kind in America. Through continuous research and dedication to consumer safety, they are expanding to even more areas of safe and effective repellent products. To learn more, visit www.liquidfence.com.

The snout-wielding insectivores dig up lawns, poking under loose leaves, and burrowing in gardens for their preferred food of choice: insects, grubs, mole crickets, earthworms, caterpillars, beetles, and more.
Burrows be-gone! You can try eliminating their food source of insects and grubs with pesticides that need several applications and may be toxic to beneficial insects and your plants, pets and family. Or use an all-natural animal repellent like the new Liquid Fence Armadillo Repellent that gives them a belly-ache, seeking food elsewhere.
Developed by botanists, the eco-safe spray protects ornamentals, fruit and vegetables from frost and freeze damage. It improves a plant’s natural cold tolerance from 2 to 9 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on the variety of plant, helping to extend its growing season by a couple of weeks in early spring and/or late fall.
